Illustra is an AI-powered web application that converts uploaded images into illustrations using AI models. The service is available as a free tier and through paid subscription plans.

3. Your account

• You retain full ownership of the illustration outputs you download

• By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of completing your conversion

• We do not claim any ownership over your content

6. Intellectual property

The Illustra name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Subscription and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

8. Limitation of liability

Illustra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or loss of profits. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
